Refund policy

Returns & exchanges​
If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, we gladly accept returns
and exchanges.
Please contact us before sending your items back. All of our products have a 14-day
return policy.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original
condition, the buyer will not be refunded for their purchase.
In order to return an item, please contact us by email within seven days of your
purchase. 
We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items. 
Once we received the product back we will refund the amount of the product within 3
business days.
The product must be packed in the original packaging, or the original shipping container
or similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the original
product packaging. All parts of the product must be included.

When returning from outside the EU please clearly mark the package as a return to
avoid customs delays and charges.
